By "hidden", I think Ed meant actually physically hiding, as in not wearing uniforms and strutting about in public. He wasn't denying that there are swarms of Islamic Jihadist Al Qaedans doing what attacking they can. I'm not sure what Ed means by hidden, mq. He keeps going on about "hidden ideas" that only morons fight with armies. My response is once the other guy has trained tens of thousands of terrorist-soldiers, declared war on you, and picked his fronts of battle to kill your soldiers, drive you out of country, and blow up your buildings, we are not talking about "hidden ideas" any more.
