You're willing to make a distinction between Salafist Muslims (a subset) and other Muslims (all of them). You might as well make it between Israelis (a subset) and Jews (all of them).

It's not a question of what I say but what THEY say. Sometimes they call the enemy Zionists; sometimes they say Jews. They don't say Israeli most of the time because they don't acknowledge the existence of Israel, so they try to avoid the word Israel. (Question: have you seen any maps of the Middle East whre you live? What do they say for Israel?)

The curses heaped on the Jews as the sons of apes and pigs are heaped on Jews not Israelis.

Most of the objections that I read (when I pay attention to this silly tribal fight) are against Zionists and Israelis, and not against Jews in general.

When you fight a tribe, you fight a tribe, Elroy. It happens that way naturally because one part of the tribe supports the other part. The tribe is called "the Jews" not "the Israelis".
