How does the admin determine who a particular alias belongs to? I t can't be by IP address because that's too easy to get around. I have access to multiple machines at multiple locations and I could create numerous accounts, one at each location and they'd all have their own individual IP address. It's unfortunate that Doug has such a long history of multiple aliases that even if it isn't him he automatically becomes the prime suspect, no matter if the admin can pin him or not.
