<It has nothing to do with a significant proportion of the population having little or no access to health care?> Nobody is denied healthcare in the U.S. Anybody who shows up at the emergency room in any hospital in the country is given healthcare and that includes illegal immigrants. People wrongly expect doctors to cure what ails them. They want pills and the fast fix to lifestyle health problems. Got high cholesterol from eating too much animal fat? No problem. Take a cholesterol lowering pill. Much easier to take a pill than to live a healthy lifestyle. I won't comment on healthcare anymore here. I can see that everyone here is an unhealthy buffoon who expects the medical system to solve their problems for free.
