Are Palestinian and Jewish citizens of Israel treated equally?

Because it's false. In principle, Israel also believes that "humans should receive equal treatment in the eyes of the law regardless of their religious or ethnic background."

If Israel believes in that principle then why can an Argentinian Jew easily immigrate and become an Israeli citizen, while an Argentinian non-Jew cannot? A Jew from Iran can easily become an Israeli citizen if he or she can get herself to Israel. A non-Jew from Iran cannot easily gain Israeli citizenship. The treatment of the Jew and the non-Jew by Israel is (as far as I can tell) inherently unequal. Why do you consider it equal?

Yeah, you can argue that Palestineans don't receive equal treatment...

I'm not talking about Palestinians. Anyone on the planet who is not Jewish is going to have a hard time gaining citizenship in Israel (relative to a Jewish applicant). Israel is a homeland for Jews, the USA is a homeland for everyone, regardless of religion or ethnicity. One of Israel's core values is that Jews are different from non-Jews and as such entitled to be citizens of Israel, the USA has no such racial-religious criterion in determining who can become a US citizen. That's an obvious core difference between the two countries, and I'm surprised anyone would disagree.
