Well, it just shows I don't pay close attention. I needed some stuff from Wal Mart pharmacy so I decided to buy some groceries while there. Their corn was also 5 for a buck. The produce guy told me he thinks it was California corn, so I didn't want that. I then went to my regular Kroger and paid 2 for a buck! But, it was marked Olathe Corn, and it's worth 50 cents, so I bot 6 of 'em. It'll still be available for a couple more weeks. So, I'm gonna give these 6 ears the freeze and take out a week later and see if this will work. I'll go back then and buy a bunch for less money, I'll bet.
