Let me know how it tastes and the condition after cooking. I could see putting some Startup corn in the freezer and pulling it out once in awhile. I found this on line...http://www.pickyourown.org/freezingcornonthecob.htm Wanted to see what the experts said. The only thing missing is how long corn will keep after freezing. I'd think you would have to eat it within 3 months. After that it would probably not hold up as well? edit: did find a site that said it will hold in freezer for 12 months.
