Let me know how it tastes and the condition after cooking. I could see putting some Startup corn in the freezer and pulling it out once in awhile.

Wanted to see what the experts said. The only thing missing is how long corn will keep after freezing. I'd think you would have to eat it within 3 months. After that it would probably not hold up as well?

edit: did find a site that said it will hold in freezer for 12 months.
