There is a big difference between listening and hearing. Between the lines one can rightfully imo believe that Abbas wants to end this perpetual war.

<<You just assume that compromise is possible and exhort everybody to find wise compromise positions.>>

Is that a bad thing? Nadine, I grew up in a country split in two and believed vehemently that compromise could never be achieved. Today I see Martin McGuinness (ex-IRA) and Ian Paisley (DUP) working together in government.....never would have believed it if I hadn't seen with my own two eyes.

That being said, now I absolutely believe compromise is possible. Unfortunately you work from the premise that compromise is impossible. With that disposition you will never believe that resolution can happen. Time will prove who's right and who's wrong here......

ROFLMAO. I can not stop laughing. I thought you were smart.
I think I'm not misreading because I listen to Fatah. I listen to Hamas. I listen to Hizbullah. I post long extracts of what these people are saying, what they put on TV, what they preach in the mosques, what they say, what they do.
You listen to an interpretation of speeches and are translated to boot. ROFLMAO. You can twist and interpret the way you want to to support your propaganda. ROFLMAO, I thought you were smart, silly me.
