Gee whiz, and here I thought all the trees in the forest were only oak or aspen trees, I learn something every day...<g>

As I've done before, I'll look over your post and get back to you when I have more time available to study your post and address your points...

Well, it looks like you really wanted to give me a good scolding, huh? Well, don't take this the wrong way, but I do respect your views, you are well informed if what you say is really true and factual... this is the first I've seen where you actually acknowledge that America has enemies, and before you jump, maybe better said that this is the first time I've seen you say so in so many words (no pun here)...

The problem I see is that you defend Ron Paul's position... now, Paul seems like a pleasant enough fellow, a likeable guy, but despite his apparent intelligence about things, he seems to miss the point about the threat against all of us... it's very easy to presume that you also do not see the obvious threat, but apparently you do and you say so now... well, good...

On knowing the enemy... when I buy a new car, I really don't care to know where every individual nut and bolt is placed and in which order they were installed... I only want to know that if I turn the key the car will start and run, if I step on the gas pedal that the car will move forward, and that when I step on the brakes that the car will come to a safe stop... I don't care to know how the ignition really works, and how the ignition is linked to the fuel injector, and so on... this is more information than I need or care to know...

The same analogy applies to the basic understanding that moslum extremists want one world where islamic law prevails... their internal differences mean nothing to me, nor do I give a rat's ass about it... yes, nuke 'em all, bulldoze the place, and start over, I won't mourn for them...

Getting into the subtle and detailed differences about who hates whom within the ranks of those crazy arabs reminds me of those people who thought interviewing ted bundy would be fascinating because it would get into the head of a serial murderer... as I saw it, the only thing I wanted to get into the head of that serial murderer was a high caliber bullet... the rest can be left for the philosophers within the halls of academia to discuss about and thrash through, I only care about getting to the point and to the bottom line as quickly as reasonably possible...

I could go on, but I think I made my position clear enough here...
