It's OBL's crude attempt at marketing to his key audience. You can tell that he has no understanding of America or the West. All the clap in the transcript is stuff taken out of the headlines of the major papers. This is America to a non-American, as gleaned from American media. Taxes, mortgates, climate change, etc.
