My money is on Gloop...and not JP Losman!!

Something wicked will come, it's all a matter of time.
A local developer I talked to the other day says the banks are calling him to see if he has any new biz going on and basically said their entire lending biz is in the crapper and the banks are crying for biz.

Here's a good example: Credit party has run it's course.

AG, I honestly expect that this situation can not be managed in terms of supporting the US equity market, while supporting the USD and keeping raw commodity inflation contained. This is the portion of the cycle where we get hit from a declining USD, rising commodity rates and a contraction in S&P 500 operating earnings and thus a contraction in both the PE Multiple and a downtrend in equity prices.

I feel fairly strongly about this.
