"American Empire" is a non-sequitur because there is no such thing. OK, I'll bite. Explain? The explanation is that it doesn't exist. The question or command you post doesn't make sense. You can explain how you see there is an empire and I can respond, but how can I explain something that doesn't exist? Can you explain to me how the Bolivian empire doesn't exist? The right-wing often appeases democracies like Chavez' Venezuela or Aristide's Haiti, ??? What's particularly funny is that I gave no examples.
