9/21/07 update
Helicopter Ben was kind enough to take both the Nasdaq Biotech Index and the Charity Contest stocks on his joy ride last week. At Friday's close, the NBI closed up 6.27% YTD (vs. up 4.95% YTD a week ago), while the Charity Contest portfolio median loss was cut to -6.66% YTD (vs. down -9.38% YTD a week ago).
At week's end, 12 of the 31 Contest portfolios were in the black YTD, with a mere 6 of the 31 beating the NBI.
TECHNET's portfolio (up 20.4% YTD) held on to the Contest lead an FRED (up 16.1% YTD) remained in second place. (Thanks to some BCRX bad flu blues, my own portfolio managed to sneak back into the Top Ten.)
I'll be tripping for the next couple of weeks, so no updates until I return.
Enjoy the Autumn weather everyone!
Below is the Top Ten list on 9/21/07:

Portfolio adjustment: NTII had 1-7 reverse split and a temporary symbol change to NTIID.
(All corrections, especially adjustments for splits, greatly appreciated.)
