So, you advocate the cops using a bomb to remove a nuisance from a dense neighborhood?

I wasn't there, but I can think of a number of less violent means of removing a public nuisance, such as arresting the people when they come out for whatever reason, shutting off the electricity and water, or even using tear gas if the nuisance was of sufficient disruption to the community.

Dropping a bomb from a helicopter wouldn't be my first choice.
