That is a discouraging story, MM. What more could the foreman have wanted...?

I've been called for jury duty three times, but all three had to pled hardship (owner of small business) but would like have jury duty one of these days. I'm not sure I could keep my patience level if there was someone like that, however.

I bet you are like the crusty old retired NYC cop who was called for Jury Duty with me once. When the attorneys were grilling us for selection they asked us if we had any preconcieved notions of guilt. His reply was, and I quote, "Of course he's guilty, he was arrested wasnt he?". Course he wasnt selected and got to go home. Being a good boy scout I answered properly and was selected. I was in that jury for 2 months over the Holiday season. Learned my lesson and what to say NEXT TIME. haha. JDN
