No deflation in this country for a long time in things you need except perhaps deflationary Danville. Only housing is crashing in select locations but that will reverse dramatically in 3-5 years IMHO.. Homebuilding and anything tied to it now in depression like tech from 2001-03. Attempts to debase and keep nominal price drops in gateway cities like yours to a reasonable number perhaps 10-20% even while real drops approach 50%+ over this next cycle.. Parts of FL down an amazing 50% already on a nominal basis..

Here you can see how hopeless late yesterday's art is. Not Uncle Ben, not inflation, not deflation, and all the rest of their gaga rubbish is to blame.

" Bears " got squeezed yesterday due to their inability to think straight for themselves. And will be hit again and again. With decent software on hand, like you see here. How how can any one sane miss?
