I wonder if Gabon is the same as Nigeria, or the Sudan. I remember reading how some big major was boasting about getting their oil spillage per day down to some thousands of barrels.
People in Nigeria, and the Sudan live like animals for the most part as the resouces beneath them are plundered.
I for one do not think that Canadians, nor Albertans should even consider competing on that playing field. Given the choice, I am sure that the majority of Nigerians or the Sudanese do not for one second like the deal they have.
