The proposed provincial oil sands tax grab interprets to me as a subsidy directly to the Albertans pockets vis a vis their no provincial sales tax.
Social conscience be damned.....this simply transfers to a greedy tax grab. I have no problem with that other than I want to be the one that gets the grab not the occaisional Albertan (since they are mostly all imported from eastern Canada now). <gg>
Anyhow, the world turns. It'll wash or it won't. Investment equilibrium will ultimately be achieved for good or bad.
