Like Bob I'm keen to here Coxe's thoughts but what you relate is what I expect to hear.. Getting by the initial shock of close to 10% off PBG in half a day... I think he is right... I'm happy to be diversified though :O)

Well - I agree with not selling something like Suncor to foreign interests. Outside of Suncor - let the money flow into your country. For instance - anyone willing to pay $8.00 per share for Connacher should be applauded. The shocking thing about the Royalty payment idea is that it revealed how high it already is. I am beginning to think my original idea that if oil prices were good for oil sands production they were great for normal producers. Leftist Chavez type taxation ideas from Alberta -- unbelievable!
