The fallout from Katrina never ends. At first blush, the 6 to 1 aspect of the beating made it sound brutal; however, a photo of the victim finally appeared on TV and he had facial scraps & bruises but didn't appear badly beaten. Maybe most of the 6 were in the wrong place at the wrong time and didn't take part in the fight. Only one of the minority kids so far has been charged, and it was reduced from attempted murder to assault. the dustup started over who should sit under a shade tree in the school yard...oh boy, kids! lol
