<<<the rot is systemic>>> Our founding fathers had the advantage of building a country with a tiny population on a clean sheet of paper. They anticipated the possibilities of the current administration and put in place checks and balances to prevent the abuses this administration is trying to perpetrate on all of us. It was too close for comfort, but I am certain our founding fathers are going to be proven prescient and win out this time. We are still a work in progress but we have more of the tools, structures, and foundations in place than anyone else to reach the next level of civilization. But, as they say, it is not over until the fat lady sings.
