Ahhh, an earlier reco before the last reco -- I stand updated The nearest university definitely has multiple copies (big school, over 30,000 students), but there are also multiple holds on them -- the main library keeps a non-circulating reference copy available for on-site research but I haven't found the time to go browse it yet I'll also keep my Amazon eyes open, and good idea on the used book store idea too
