Crony, I would agree with you. This sale by HB is interesting since he is selling at the low point of the year but at the same time, we have buying by major insiders. The fact that SH shelled out that amount of money is significant in my mind. I have been making small purchases under $4 since most of my free cash is tied up right now and Simtek is overrepresented in my portfolio. But there is all this other information that would seem to be positive for the company so I am continuing to make small bets here for the short term. Good luck. Neal
