Just had a fund manager on CNBC talked about gold as a play on deflation with housing armageddon.. Will pull back as correlates to overpriced gold and inverse correlation to undervalued dollar but also believes 1k a certainty.. I think what is missed is synchronized debasement worldwide as US consumer weakens, continued infrastructure build and middle class expansion in Chindia, our huge twin deficits are still out there and our trading partners do not want a weaker dollar plus the huge loss from housing is mostly on the lender side writedowns.. Always appreciate your input and charts..Must respect breakouts holding no matter what your view IMHO..
