He's been suggesting for at least a year that in what he believes will be the terminal phase of a gold bull, you'll see people lining up to buy and sell gold and that at some point, the US gov't will once again confiscate bullion.

They've done it before, when my dad was in jr. high school. When push comes to shove, if things unravel, why wouldn't they do so again?

Read Chipas post, never put the gold bullion the bank safe. Instead, buy some high quality safe, put the gold bullion in, and bury them in your back yard. There is NO way that the US gov. can find it. They would have to hire millions of police in order to do that<g>
