Ive taken a gander at more information from the MTHs most recent presentation. I must admit they disclose quite a bit of information, houses on spec etc. geographical areas of selling etc. I think I am putting it on my watch list but i definiely want to see what they have to say about the 9/30 quarter before making any investing decisions. It may be years before they start making money again, so i dont see a reason to rush in here and purchase. I wish i knew what those senior notes were selling for now.
