Entirely possible. I just posted a similar scenario on the housing crash and credit bubble boards. You beat me to the punch<g>.

Who is talking about this for the housing market these days? Almost nobody<gg> But we need a continued global expansion, depression like conditions for homebuilding the next 2-3 years, low rates, a continued weak dollar and housing prices in gateway cities like London not collapsing...many if's
