i worked on e42nd street in late 70's,, dirty, ugly, find bodies in Grant park. never go out after dinner unless you had a number of guys from office , if staying in town over night. I took Danbury train in and out. a waste of 5 hours and i turned down promo to stay. g

I remember they said you can move closer we will give you a relocation package. hell i was already broke from last relocation to danbury area from Rhode Island and commute to Scarsdale.

tg, got move to albany back to danbury and then to cherry hill. what a different in quality of life.

I was just too poor to even work in nyc, or even think of lunch vs eating in company cafe. the street vendors were too expensive for me. ha
