FWIW, my portfolios hit new highs yesterday. I bought into the downturn with a mix of reits, alt. energy, and high cash flow stocks. I also have been trading more, taking my profits in tax deferred accounts. As you have preached many times, it's important to have international exposure and my overseas shares have helped greatly. I've hit my financial target two years early, so I'm playing a little more cautiously with cash still on hand.
