Canada real estate may be rising as people flee the US for Canada-lol-just kidding. YOu guys have everyting we do not, including no deficits, universal health care and a somewhat more civilized culture, IMO-lol. Things look pretty rosy for Canada going forward. Things look dismal for the US going forward. And the real estste market is real bad down here and I am in the business. I think prices have really only just started to fall in the US. The last 6 minths in my town have been the worst in 20 years and prices are falling faster and faster. Buying has just stopped and for no reason I can discern except fear of buying!
