I do that but double wrap in heavy duty alum foil and grill on bbq for minutes.......it's really good. Have only tried it with Salmon and Halibut and with different seasonings.

Also tried it with shrimp the other night........on grill. It was absolutely delicious.

Shrimp in shell
Sprinkle with olive oil
Sprinkle with lemon juice
Sprinkle with herbs of your choice
Wrap in double heavy duty alum foil
Grill on hot grill until you can smell the shrimp

Put the shrimp in a big bowl and eat

We called it peel and eat shrimp.

PS the shrimp were still frozen when we grilled them.
