Biggest problem most folks have with shrimp is not realizing they take very little time to cook. I can't count the number of times even while out that I've had rubber shrimp. I mean when I saute them with just some herbs and salt and pepper in olive oil I doubt it takes me 5 minutes tops to have the shrimp done and likely closer to 3. The other great thing with shrimp if you have good shrimp you don't really want to do much with them and keeping it simple is a good theme.

I like the idea of your peal and eat. May have to do that for a Sunday Packer game this fall.
