That sounds like a convenient argument to seize on to oppose the US projecting power to protect people from abuse. Come on, you've got to admit the idea of rebuilding a government from scratch with an army that can't speak the local language is a bit crazy, if not a near impossible job. And, if we're going to invade and rebuild at a time of our choosing, how about starting that process after 10% of our forces can speak the local lingo? Remember, the invasion time is our decision, not theirs.
