As I mentioned a few weeks ago, A high up contact I have at a national trailer leasing company recently told me that they have trailers coming back so fast that they are looking for a second yard just to store them all. My contact has worked there for two decades and has never seen the yard this full. Many more coming in at year end.

You can lease semi trailers for practically nothing right now, at least in my area.

Must be the start of something. Yesterday I received a call from a custom cabinet maker. The lady mentioned I had been in their store a year ago and wondered if they could do anything for me. Last year they were to busy to even give me an estimate. The business is in Scottsdale, AZ. and there is now a 31.5 month supply of homes over $1M for sale in the area.

that is indeed strange....never heard of a trucking firm doing cold calls before....

i may be able to top that one though.... couple of months ago had a guy ring the door bell and left a *hand written* mortgage broker flier on the door handle....i wish now i had saved it....too funny
