<l>So basically you say that the entire US army are liars and the entire British army too, and now somehow they got the NATO commanders in Afghanistan in on this vast conspiracy.
Nadine, the US is in Iraq because of those WMDs that were found under the bed of GWB. Fabricating anything is not far fetched for the US or Israel as long as they get to bomb Iran. I still remember Powell at UN showing aerial photos of those WMDs labs.

Nadine, re: "So basically you say that the entire US army are liars and the entire British army too..."

That's not 100% true, of course, but it's a very good starting point when you begin examining the credibility of statements that emanate from "official sources." In view of past experience only a naive child or an idiot would assume otherwise.

Or maybe you've forgotten:

The incident staged by the psych-ops American Colonel of the tearing down of the Saddam statute;

The countless assertions that there was no insurgency, only a few dead-enders and Saddam loyalists to deal with;

The never ending list of assertions that x number of "Iraqi national army troops will be trained and ready to take over for our soldiers in x months";

The "Pat Tillman died charging enemy gunmen," deliberate lies, or;

The little Jessica Lynch "wounded and surrounded by shell casings," "mistreated by Iraqis when wounded," and "rescued in a dangerous and heroic night raid by special forces," fiasco.

Surely that taught you something, didn't it?

And that's not even considering the big lies used to buttress ambitious plans. Lies such as "Democracy will transform Iraq and the middle east into a stable, non violent region," and "Democracies don't attack their neighbors."

If you swallowed all that silliness you surely must have had to rethink how anyone who'd claimed special insights into "god-given" natural rights and success around the corner had to have been either deluded or manipulative. Surely you didn't just throw up and eat more of that repulsive witches brew of lies, right?

And that's why you now, when faced with sketchy, thinly supported claims of peripheral Iranian involvement in arming elements of the Iraqi resistance. some of which are their natural enemies and which could give this stone killers in this American Administration an excuse to attack them, you must be thinking, "don't just say it, prove it."

And then you must be thinking, "You better give me more than a simplistic picture of an explosive device and an opinion that the welds look like they came from an Iranian factory?"

And you must be thinking that even if they did come from an Iranian factory, "You'd better convince me that they weren't black marketed out of Iran and that there is a clear connection to the official governmental policy of the Iranians?"

You must be thinking that.

If you aren't then you're simply too stupid to survive in a world that may one day require being insightful, being intuitive and possessing critical thinking skills to survive.

Cause trust me, if you fail to see beyond what you want to see, you wouldn't survive a month in a deadly environment. Ed

I believe the IEDs in question are better focused in their intent than your shotgun reply.

PS - I never said anything against the British (Commonwealth Courtesy). However, since the sun has now unfortunately set on the British Empire, some barbarians now think they can rule the world as well - ha.

<Because the Iranians wouldn't make anything haphazardly, now would they>

I think their Sterlet caviar is quite good, and I actually prefer it over the Russian Beluga.
But as you are undoubtedly aware the Beluga is getting harder to find at Walmart,
or wherever it is you shop.

wg

PS - I'll admit I haven't tried the Russian Sterlet offerings and will not likely ever do so, since I'm off the invite list on the Beltway.

Because all these guys say that these charges were made in Iran and they come with Iranian smugglers and trainers attached to the Qods forces, some of whom are now in Coalition hands, along with their records.

Now that's evidence. How many of these Iranian smugglers and trainers attached to Qods forces have we caught? I kept hearing something about 5 Iranian guys that the Iranians say are diplomats and we say are insurgent supporters, but that was about 18 months ago that they were caught. What's the number up to now?

Nadine, yes the US army and the British Army are lying.
