Wayne,
Your comment to Mike: "You don't really believe that Ron Paul raised over 5M from the left do you? LMAO"

I don't know about the rest of the folks that contributed, but
I'll let you in on a secret: Very few are much more lefty than I, and I sent him money. And that is the First campaign contribution I've ever made to Presidential Candidate. I don't think I'm alone, as the signs I see supporting Ron Paul
seem to be sprouting up in other Lefties yards.

Wayne, there is no doubt that Paul raised his money from the left. Everyone I know who supports him, with the exception of you, is a leftie.

If the left opposed all war, why are they for winning in Afghanistan? That's just a straw horse based upon GOP dogma. If it hadn't been for the left, we would have lost WWII because of isolationist whitey/righties.

Nobody knows why we started this war. We do know that Bush has floated several different versions of lies to explain it, but they didn't even make sense to the gullible. I think the reasons for staying in are more cogent than for going in in the first place, but still, pretty thin stuff.

There are 12 Libertarians out there, assuming your wife and you have the same political bent. And counting poor, crazy Harry Browne 3 times. <G>

You ought to listen to some lefties. They are much more nuanced than you would believe. It is the right that marches in lock step. Or is that goose step? <G>
