>>Congress approves $1.2 billion worth of US-funded Israeli arms purchases, including 50 huge GBU-28 guided bunker busters

American GBU-28 guided bunker buster sold to Israel

DEBKAfile’s military sources report the package, discussed by US Pentagon and Israel defense ministry officials, aims at replenishing the seriously depleted Israel Air Force stocks of missiles, bombs and fuel to their level prior to the 2006 Lebanon war, ready for any potential war contingency. Some of these items will be delivered shortly; others over a five-year period.

They include thousands of missiles, tens of thousands of new bombs worth $799 million and 132 million gallons of jet fuel worth $308 million.

The accent of this consignment will be on the heaviest American bombs designed for such subterranean targets as the bunker fortresses of Iran, Syria and Lebanon’s Hizballah and on operating and guidance systems for upgrading Israeli Air Force ammunition.

The list, according to US defense sources, also includes 10,000 JDAM tail kits for high precision guidance of bombs in all weathers at ranges of up to 25 km, which are designed for use with the GBU-29-32 bunker busters; 4,000 laser-guided Paveway II munitions kits; more than 11,000 Mk-84 and Mk-82 bombs; 2,000 heavy fortifications-penetrating BLU-109 bombs; and 50 GBU-28 5,000-pound guided bunker busters.

The Israeli Air Force will also receive 500 Sidewinders AIM-9M, and 200 AIM-120C (AMRAAM) medium range air-to-air missiles.

The American DefenseNews.com quotes Israeli industry executives, including the state-owned Rafael Armament Development Authority, Israel Aerospace Industries and Military Industries, as concerned by the country’s increasing dependence on American weaponry. While appreciative of American generosity, they complain that locally made, alternative products are often more capable than US systems and better adjusted to Israeli needs. They took particular exception to the defense ministry’s plans to stock up on US Sidewinders and AMRAAM missile when the Python-5, Derby and follow-on indigenous systems are specifically designed for the Israeli Air force.

This massive purchasing program, say Israeli industry sources, not only denies their firms billions of shekels in new orders, but threatens to erode their international sales of such items as Israeli-built air-to-air missiles, which have made their mark on world markets.<<

I don't deny that religion is a means of control. Money, debt, nationalism, fear and secrecy are all employed equally with religion. Confusing people about from where motives arise is another tool. It's people who do these things not countries. To say, for example, that Germany was responsible for WWII deflects the focus from WHO was responsible. Deflection in that manner leaves no room for real remedy just as with the current "war on terror" since terror is nothing but a tactic.
Israel is just a convenient vehicle...a patsy...a front...a shell company...a cutout. The corporate media convinces people that some inherent importance lies there. They even create and frame the arguments about it. Most so-called alternative media sites are connected with various thinktanks run by CFR/Bilderburg member-run groups and are just as controlled. Controlling both sides of an issue is another tool employed. Just ask Gloria Steinem who the initial unseen backers of her "feminist movement" were. It was the same people who railed against it. What the movement did was put women permanently into the workforce...paying taxes, taking on debt, becoming beholden to a plastic, consumer-oriented life-style sold to them by corporate media to the greater enrichment of the globalists. Quite a scam, that one.

"> The same people were also involved in EVERY mess in South America."

You don't KNOW that as a fact, you merely surmise it -- it suits the view that you have.

Let's see if any CFR/Bidlerberg names show up in one example.
From another "9/11":

The family of the Chilean military commander Rene Schneider, killed during a botched kidnapping in 1970, has filed a lawsuit seeking more than $3m (£2m) in damages from Henry Kissinger and other Nixon administration officials, the Washington Post reported yesterday.
It quoted lawyers as saying that the suit, filed on Monday in federal court in Washington, was based on recently declassified CIA documents and sought damages from Mr Kissinger, from the former CIA director Richard Helms and from the US government for "summary execution", assault and civil rights violations.

The suit alleges that Schneider was targeted because he stood in the way of a planned military coup to prevent Salvador Allende from taking power as Chile's president. Allende was inaugurated in 1970 but was ousted and killed in a bloody 1973 coup.
Schneider's murder has long been considered to have been carried out by rightwing extremists in the Chilean military.

Mr Kissinger, who was President Richard Nixon's national security adviser at the time, did not return a telephone message left at his New York office, the Post said.

Mr Helms denied wrongdoing, but would not discuss details, saying he hadn't seen the suit. "It's a complicated case," he told the newspaper.

It seems Chile is at least as important to them as Israel.

"I don't see why we need to stand by and watch a country go communist due to the irresponsibility of its own people. The issues are much too important for the Chilean voters to be left to decide for themselves."
