I think it's just an opportunity for different classes of athletes.

"Stock" class, with no enhancements, "Chem" class, with chemical and biological enhancements, "mech" class, with bio-mechanical enhancements and "open" class, with whatever you want to try.

The office where most of the national steroid investigations are going on is right near my apartment. Our new DA, David Soares, is conducting them... he's not so gung-ho about drug offenses as he is demonstrating that rich people do drugs, too, so why are poor people (and black people) so disproportionately represented in our jails?
