When did Clinton put out no bid contracts? They do exist in gov't but they are very rare, and even more rarely, are they for billions and billions of dollars like under Bush. Why you keep defending the indefensible is beyond me."

Why you continue to look so stupid is beyond me.

You wish I were stupid.

Just one example of no bid contracts under Clinton.

During Clinton Administration, Halliburton Received $2.2 Billion From US Government For Work In Kosovo. “Between 1995 and 2000, while Democrat Bill Clinton ran the country and Republican Dick Cheney ran Halliburton, there was no talk of favoritism or political ties as the Houston-based company billed the government $2.2 billion for its work in Kosovo.” (James Rosen, “Is Iraq’s Reconstruction Rigged?” The [Raleigh] News & Observer, 10/5/03)

So far Halliburton has gotten nearly $16 billion in Iraq. Do you understand that $2.2 billion is nothing compared to $16 billion? Do you understand that there are other no bid contractors in Iraq besides Halliburton? Do you realize how stupid you look defending the indefensible?
