But guess what, these people couldn't afford uniforms which we required in order to recognize them as "legitimate" resistance to the coalition's invasion. Therefore they weren't the opposing military combatants, they were unlawful combatants. That's it. That's silly Elroy. The standard is bearing arms openly, not having nice pressed uniforms. Go read the conventions. And check out what they have to say about saboteurs who operate in civilian disguise.
