I'd have to go back and find it for the lot size, but it's not huge. This isn't in a great part of Glendale either. Nor is it a 'McMansion' at less than 4,000 sq. feet. Just a bunch of small bedrooms would be my guess. In fact, it's hard to visualize 8 in a house that size.
