Israel happened because 125,000 Jews entered Palestine "illegally" between 1938 and 1948

The White Paper which made it "illegal" was in 1939, just in time to close the gates in the face of refugees from the Nazis.

In 1947 there were 650,000 Jews in the Yishuv. Many of them had already been there for generations.

Many of the people you call Palestinians - none of whom called themselves Palestinians at that point in time - had also entered Palestine in the 1930s and 1940s. For the most obvious of reasons, jobs. There's a good reason that UNWRA established the refugee residency requirement as only 2 years, instead of 20 as normally demanded by the UNHCR.

Try again.
