Not saying Intel is Enron....that is an extreme example, but there are alot of companies who have been fined over the last few years for doing something that would have been considered marginal before Enron.

Legal climates change...and Enron was a big wake up that if you let too much go because it's marginal things can happen quickly.

I'm not for a second claiming Intel is doing what Enron did...all I'm saying is that they might have skirted some lines here and AMD is challenging what they did as is their right.

And something thought ok in 1999 might be looked upon differently in 2007, or 2008, or 2009.
