Democratic presidential hopeful John Kerry and his vice presidential running mate, John Edwards — both current U.S. senators — released statements saying that had the amendment reached a vote, they would have voted against it.

Most of us (who aren't already banned) on Sioux Nation would be banned if we posted the Washington, DC weather report there.

I haven't seen you banned from this thread yet.

I don't want to see you go. I'd like to know more about the symbolance of self-actualization.

The gay marriage issue isn't really about marriage at all, it's just another effort to radicalize society. All the perks and benefits that married couples get are available through civil unions.

When you stumbled on this thread you described your political views and were welcomed.

Now I get the feeling that you are shaking the beehive to see if you get stung.

If a bee or two comes out and nails you, don't be too surprised.

Don't interpret that as anyone finding your ideas threatening.

They're not.

They are not too interesting either.

You guys would ban me for ideas?

lolololololol

Why would anyone do that?

You've been giving us the "I'm OK, You're OK" version of a number of concepts all rolled up into some sort of personal pop philosophy. Why would such ideas be banned? They're the kind of thing that made a mint for folks like Donohue and Dr. Phil:-)
