Oh my goodness Ms queen, surely you do not believe that. 1) We have documentation from David Korn's newsletters which go back several years. 2) We have documentation of many direct quotes that Brinker has said on Moneytalk that goes back several years. 3) We have documentation of dozens of people testifying to their personal experiences with the Brinkers concerning the newsletters and the DEFUNCT BB.com message boards. 4) We have issues of Marketimer going back several years. 5) We have copies of his "Act Immediately" Bulletin (and the bulletin he sent to BJGroup) which recommended buying QQQQ with model portfolio cash reserves. 6) We have documentation to prove that he never accounted for this trade in his published performance record. 7) We have documentation that Mark Hulbert gives Brinker a "mulligan" on this trade when he ranks the published performance record for Brinker's model portfolios. 8) We have documentation that in June, 2007, Bob Brinker retroactively declared a NON-EXISTENT "secular bear market megatrend" over--as of June, 2006. 9) We have documentation that Brinker talked extensively on his radio program about a so-called secular megatrend, and we know that he has not informed his audience that he said it ended as of last year. 10) We have documentation to show that as of the date that he declared the secular bear market over, the market did not meet the criteria that Brinker repeatedly said was required to indicate an end to a secular bear megatrend. So you see Ms queen, we have much more than opinion. My opinions can be taken with a grain of salt, as you and some others do, but the FACTS cannot be changed--no matter how hard you try. Yep, good ol' Bob Brinker can (and does) still spin, prevaricate, and dissemble, but it's more difficult for his "slickness" to pass unquestioned these days. Too bad, so sad for him that Agore invented the internet. . .
