Almost every construction site accident case I've defended in the last 15 years had an Hispanic plaintiff.

9 times out of 10 the person was injured because he wasn't properly trained and basically caused his own accident. So the employer ends up with high workers' compensation costs and the construction equipment manufacturers being blamed for these accidents have a hard time getting insurance coverage.

Besides that, these guys make a lot more than the minimum wage so I doubt the claim that these are the alleged *jobs Americans won't do.*
