Condor: Thanks for your thought on other public land activities in Canada. Over the years I have invested in silver and gold mines in Canada and never much paid attention to Government costs. I am now only in oil sands. We shall see how this whole thing unwinds as we go forward. Yes, I am in the US and am thinking that the 15% capital gains tax will be going bye bye. And before it does, I am also thinking that lots of folks will be selling anything with lots of capital gains--and buying it right back because it is the place to be. Don
