Where can you find a breakdown of the 47 million uninsured?

I am not entirely sure. It has been published and I have read this many times. It may not be part of the liberal orthodoxy, but that makes it no less true.

I assume you mean rationing medical care.

Thanks, I would prefer to pass on rationed care. The idea of having to suck up to a government bureaucrat to ensure that I can have life saving medical care is not one that appeals to me.
