Steve, DVAX has been on a near term UT since Oct 8, which is still intact.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com It seems that it wants to close its Jan 8 DG, but before it can do that it needs to deal with the resistance from the $6 to the $6.25 level. It is now starting to get off from the DT coming from the Dec H at the 10.66 level. bigcharts.marketwatch.com DVAX has 4Qs of triple digit improvements on revenues & was able to trim some its loss in the 2ndQ, but the EL for 2007 is still around $1.60 vs. the $1.48 loss in 2006 & for 2008 no further cut on the loss is expected as yet.<g> The short position came down some in the last month, but it is still > 7x its ADV. It seems to have a pretty good institutional follow up.Credit Suisse initiated coverage this month as "outperform".<g> BTW, I don't think charts have any magic in them that I am aware, but I think they do show a graphic display of buying & selling pressure at any particular point in time.<g> RAGL Bernard
