Yes. That is many years away before any next real upcycle.. Perhaps in another 4-5 years being optimistic.. From my experiences land had little demand after the 1990 downturn bottoming about 1997..then we slowly rose up and even then if you look at the stock prices most of them were stuck in neutral at best into early 2000. That is a good ten years... my gosh if this repeats we are talking 2015 then for the stocks to go back in overdrive<g>
